Loving what I'm learning
Every day I learn something new about the skin and how to use essential and natural oils to take care of it. As a child I had eczema but as I got older it became less and less of a problem. I learned how to take care of my skin. Simple stuff like moisturizing immediately out of the tub and not bathing in super hot water. I instantly thought the same thing would work on my daughters but that wasn't the case for my youngest daughter. No matter how much I oiled her down and tried different method to treat her eczema, it wasn't until I took the time to study various forms of eczema and how different oil work with the skin did she finally start getting some relief. My daughters are the reason I breath and knowing that I can help one of them by simply mixing some ingredients together is amazing to me. I recently met another beautiful little girl that suffered from eczema as bad if not worse than my little one and it broke my heart to see how she was scratching her arms. I had just created a eczema salve for my daughter and I decided to give her foster mom a sample to try out. I saw the little girl a couple weeks ago and her eczema was completely gone on her arms and legs. That made me want to keep doing want I'm doing even more. She was so excited to show me her arms and legs. The combination of oils was the perfect combination for her but not really a good one for my daughter but that makes me research and create. It is my goal to have a formula for all the various skins types because what works for one my not work for another. My work is just starting and I am loving every minute of it. As I am learning the different skin type I am also learning different hair types and what oils work best for each type. My hair holds on to oils whereas my daughters don't. I can oil her hair and it will be dry by the end of the day whereas mines will be moisturized for a few days. Nothing about any two people is the same even members of the same family. That's why it's important for me to know as much as I can about the different skin and hair types.

Always learning
I have been at this for about 3 almost 4 years but the more I learn about skin the more I enjoy what I do. At one point in my life I was in school for nursing and had the opportunity to learn a lot about the skin. That schooling has helped me a lot when it comes to creating products for my family and my customers. Seeing the changes in my skin and the skin of the people that use my products make me even more motivated to keep ding what I'm doing. My customer base is slowly growing but that is not all this is about for me. Knowing that my passion and desire to take care of people has ran over into m business. I get to show people how to take better care of their skin without using harmful chemicals and I also get to personalize these products for each people that orders from me. If you suffer from acne I make a facial product specifically for that purpose. If you suffer from dry skin I create a product specifically for that. If you suffer from eczema I definitely have something for that. At some point there will be something for other skin conditions such as rosacea. All the products I make are safe for everyone including babies.
I have learned over the last year that if you enjoy what you do it is not work. Having this as my passion make me want to do it without frustration. When I am creating a new product I don't always get it right the first time but because this is what I love I keep trying until I get it right. Hardly anything in life is going to be easy but if you keep at it you get better over time. The skin and caring for it is my love and I refuse to fail and I refuse to give up on this and all the people I can help with the knowledge I have. I never will stop learning, working, and expanding my product line.
