Your biggest organ

I see a lot of people on a healthy lifestyle journey and that is a great. I myself am starting a journey to healthier living but my journey includes healthier skincare. Yes, I understand that my eating healthier means healthier skin and the more water I drink the more hydrated my skin will be. The skin is the biggest organ the body has and everything we put on our skin is absorbed into skin. Things absorbed into the skin affects the body be it good or bad. The skin is the first defend against invasions into the body. The functions of the skin are to regulate body temperature, prevent loss of essential body fluids, and excretes toxin among other things. The skin needs to be taken care of just as much as the rest of the body but because the skin is that initial barrier I think it need a little extra. It is my passion to teach people how to properly care for the skin they are in. Healthy natural ways to prevent sun damage. Healthy natural ways to treat any skin conditions you may be suffering from. Healthy natural ways to slow down the effects of aging and environmental effects on the skin. Heavenly Blessings is not here to just moisturize your skin for a little while it is our goal to completely heal your skin. I suffered from eczema as a child and my children, especially my youngest daughter suffers from it as well. Hers was so bad that I have had to peel clothes off her little bottom after she had scratched a hole in her little bottom in her sleep. Not wanting her on steroids that wasn't working and benadryl that only made her sleepy I began my research. My first attempt at as she calls it 'mommy butter" was good but I felt like it could be better. She was still suffering but not as much she I kept trying. While I was learning about the various natural and essential oils we relocated to Georgia and during that time the "mommy butter" production was put on the back burner. Her eczema began to worsen. even though I had a batch of "mommy butter" it didn't last long. I went back to using store bought lotion until I was able to get what I needed to make what she needed. Not only did I make "mommy butter" I came up with a formula that not only stopped her itching but also repaired damage that she had done to her skin. Within a matter of 4 days of using Heavenly Blessings Soothing Peppermint Body Butter her open wounds from scratching had started to heal and she was less itchy. Heavenly Blessings now have over 10 products for the skin that are tested by myself, my daughters and friends before they are even put up for sale. Still in awe!!

Tonight as I'm sitting on my patio enjoying the breeze and a cup of my favorite tea I am still in awe of how far God has brought me.Who would have thought 5 years ago I would be living in Georgia in my beautiful apartment, growing a business, and have a book out. Who would have thought I would be as happy as I am these days considering how many sleepless night I had worrying about where my life was going and some nights not even wanting to go on. No I dint have everything I want and maybe not even everything I need right now but I am believing Gd for the continued blessings and I'm working hard to doing my part to make all my dreams come true. My life at this point is on an upward climb ti greatness. I have my 3 beautiful girls that love me more than I probably deserve, I have an awesome group of women in my life that support me like I couldn't imagine. I'm simply in awe of how my God is using me to do great things.

Changing my mindset

So I'm no longer working outside my home and my hard work is my only source of income and nothing is coming in yet. My business coach keeps talking about changing your mindset and I thought my mindset was great I talk about what I have going on and how I'm expecting great things to come from it but what am I really thinking. I set back today and had some quiet time to really hear my own thoughts. Sometimes I take on so much  and I listen to everything around my I forget to pay attention to myself. Today was eye opening for me. I am the type of person that believes in speaking things into existence but if I don;t really believe what I'm speaking how can I bring it Into existence. I have always had the ability to speak things into existence for other people more than for myself. A friend of mines told me some years ago I believe things mire for others than I do for myself. I thought I had handled that issue with myself but now I'm seeing I haven't. My business is destined for greatness because I am destined fir greatness I just have to change my mindset and believe for myself as hard as I believe for other. I have a great support system rallying around me and I have no reason to believe that I will fail. I have faith in God that he did not bring me this far fir me to fail now. I have a product that can help a whole lot of people have a better quality of life I know what it's like to feel like you have to hide under clothes because you don't like the way your skin looks. It's my mission with Heavenly Blessings to not just provide temporary relief but maybe even a cure I have been researching different skin conditions and essential oils and how the work. I have put together blends of oils that serve a particular purpose and yes I do use these oils on myself and my children with some amazing results. So know what i know about essential oils, natural oils, and the way they help the skin I am sure to be a success in this business. all i have to do is keep my mindset stayed on my God and focused on my mission.
