Loving the new life!!!!

Sitting here with two of my three daughters during a break from braiding my baby girl's hair admiring everything about my life that I'm building here in Georgia. I have a growing business a book coming out soon and I am part of a foundation of black women that is about uniting empowering and uplifting others. Thinking about our upcoming conference in July and I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Public speaking is so far out of my comfort zone but I'm so ready to break free from all the barriers that I have put on myself. God has really been working on me and what I am supposed to be doing with my life I spent so much time do what made others happy. At 39 years old I am all about my own happiness. I am not the type to hurt others in order to be happy but I am determined to be happy. My daughters are and will always be the most important people in my live but with them grown and growing up I don't have to life exclusively for them anymore. I have done a great job raising them.
